ACID DIGITAL INKS FOR DIRECT PRINTING

J-ACID digital inks are ink-jet printing inks especially designed to be used on digital printers having piezo printing heads. J-ACID are specific for direct printing on silk, polyamide and wool fabrics. The image, printed on a pre-treated fabric, needs to be vaporized and then washed in order to achieve the highest fastness and brilliancy in colours.

APPLICATIVE SUGGESTIONS FOR DIRECT PRINTING WITH J-ACID DYES

  • Pre-treatments
  • In order to obtain the best results in definition and ink brilliancy on the fibre, we suggest to treat the fabric before the printing as follows: 

 

Foularda preparation (viscosity ≥ 1000 cps)

LAVARET AX (REL.CO**) - - 1-2gr/lt.
Sodium Carbonate     1-2gr/lt.

Firstly cold washing then at 50°C.
