PIGMENTED WATER-BASED INK FOR DIGITAL TEXTILE PRINTING

J-Eco Pigment T is a pigmented water-based ink suitable to be printed with piezo-head digital printers in textile applications on a wide range of fabrics such as cotton, polyester, mixed fibers (cotton-polyester), viscose and silk. Main applications are: fabrics for interior decoration, fashion items (ties, scarves), outer wear in general.

The ink is printed directly on the fabric. For optimal results the use of pretreated fabric is suggested. After printing, the color must be fixed at 170°C for 5 minutes. The value is indicative and can vary according to the fabric used. Color fixation can be affected by means of a heating press, infrared dryer, hot air dryer.

TABLE OF FASTNESS PROPERTIES

Fastness is subject to printing conditions, fabric used and final application. It is advisable to prior evaluate all the resistances required in the final applications in order to verify the suitability of the product to the use foreseen.

Important: We strongly suggest that the user always carry out printing and drying tests on the substrate to be printed on in order to establish the operative conditions and the results to be achieved. We also suggest that the product be stirred before use and that the instructions  written on the label and on the material safety data sheet enclosed to the products be carfully followed. Furthermore, we remind you that the ink performances can vary according to the type of printer and substrate used in the final application.
